I live in a rural area. Can you deliver there?

Yes, we ship anywhere in South Africa including villages and areas that many would consider to be remote. Wherever you are, we will reach you. Just put in your address as clearly as you can so our Couriers can find the place. And in the event that they are confused about your address, they will call you for directions.

Is Delivery Free when buying from your online store?

Yes. Delivery is Free for all orders above R450 anywhere in South Africa. For orders below that amount, delivery is R90 for customers based anywhere else in South Africa. For international customers (outside of South Africa), shipping fees will be calculated once you’ve put in your address when you checkout. 

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world through our online store. Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout once you’ve put in your address.

How can I track my order?

After making a purchase on our online store, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Your tracking number and a link to track your order will be contained in that email. If you have not received the email after making an order, please check your spam/junk folder. The email might be there.
